Still have questions?
What does "external-only" mean?
All assessments and treatments are done from the outside (hips, abdomen, low back, breathing, posture, and movement). We do not perform internal or intravaginal exams or treatments.
What happens at my first visit?
We review your goals, check how your core/pelvic floor work with your hips and back, look at posture and breathing, and start a simple plan the same day.
Is this covered by insurance?
We accept most major plans and will verify your benefits before you start. If a referral is required by your plan, we’ll help you coordinate it. Cash-pay options are available.
Do I need a referral?
Some insurance plans do, some don’t. We’ll check your benefits and let you know the simplest path based on your coverage.
